Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ordering, inventory tracking, and shipment of equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate deliveries to project sites.
  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and distributing engineering reports and client deliverables.
  • Maintain project files and electronic documentation systems.
  • Monitor office and field supply inventories and coordinate replenishment.

Operations Assistant – Field Engineering ServicesDescriptionField Engineering Services, a division of RISE Group, Inc., is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our field operations team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of engineering and inspection projects by providing administrative, travel, reporting, and logistical support to field engineers, technicians, and management.The Administrative Assistant will coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports, enter and maintain employee timecards, assist with purchasing and shipping of equipment and supplies, prepare and assemble engineering reports, manage project documentation, and perform a variety of general administrative tasks.
