Responsibilities

• The serving and data path: architect the cache, index what gets recomputed, and defend latency under pressure.
• The invariant enforcement: design gates as software, invariants and tests guarding the serving path.
• The reliability floor: build observability and handle uptime and failure modes for unattended systems.
• The performance envelope: identify bottlenecks and tradeoffs between latency and cost.
• Your seat charter: co-sign a charter with a measurable machine-checkable number within one quarter.
