Job summary

Network Mountain LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to architect and scale East Coast operations. You will build the systems that enable a multi-region security and door-opening integrator to run without daily micromanagement.

Define diagnostics, map future-state processes, and own P&L while creating training programs for teams. This role focuses on building from the ground up rather than operating an existing setup.

Qualifications

• Built an operational system from scratch or from the ground up.
• Owned P&L for install and service operations.
• Ran the full cycle: gap assessment, design, implementation, ongoing management.
• Personally built and delivered training programs for teams.
• Managed the handoff from sales to installation where it truly matters.

Responsibilities

• Run a full diagnostic of current install and service operations to identify gaps between sales handoff, installation, and service delivery.
• Map the future-state process, build the implementation plan, and execute it personally.
• Own P&L for operations using dashboards and metrics you establish.
• Build and run a training/mentoring program for teams, including content and cadence.
• Ensure consistent, strong output from technicians and PMs through the systems you build.
• Own the sales-to-install handoff end to end to prevent gaps.
