Job summary

Risen Line Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day execution as the company evolves into a standalone U.S.-based systems integration firm focused on robotics-enabled mailroom security and related technology-integration solutions.

The role is for a hands-on builder who will transform the initiative into a scalable enterprise, acting as a central hub across sales, marketing, engineering, finance and compliance while building operational infrastructure for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business operations.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Ability to execute across multiple functional areas.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working across technical and business teams.
• Familiar with robotics, automation, or AI-enabled systems.
• Exposure to proposal development or basic financial tracking or O&M environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring teams are aligned and key deliverables are met
• Execute operational plans, track progress, and support timely decision-making
• Develop and improve workflows, standard procedures, and tracking tools
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Operations
• Support proposal development, pricing inputs, and client engagement preparation
• Align sales pipeline with operational capacity and delivery readiness
• Translate technical outputs into deployment-ready solutions
• Plan, schedule, and execute product installations and system deployments
• Support development of consistent and repeatable service delivery processes
• Monitor budgets, track operational costs, and support financial reporting activities
• Coordinate contracts, compliance requirements, and vendor-related activities
• Support transition to independent business entity, including system and vendor setup
• Track project schedules, milestones, and client deliverables
• Maintain trackers for operations, projects, and sales pipeline
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement
