Job summary

Triomics is seeking its first dedicated Operations hire to own the systems that keep the company running day to day. You’ll manage the office, vendors, equipment, scheduling, and coordination, building processes from scratch so the team can scale smoothly.

You’ll handle onboarding, contracts, and logistics, while providing executive support as needed in a fast-growing startup environment in New York City.

Qualifications

• Ops or office management experience at an early-stage startup.
• Comfortable with technology and IT basics: provisioning, accounts, access, troubleshooting.
• Organized and self-directed; build and run the system without daily oversight.
• Strong written communication and sound judgment for escalation.
• Based in NYC and able to be in the office regularly.
• Excited to build from scratch and AI-native in how you work.

Responsibilities

• Own office and workplace operations, coordinating vendors, supplies, access, and facilities.
• Procure equipment, manage software accounts, keep tool stack organized.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, events, and calendar alignment.
• Handle vendor contracts, subscriptions, invoices, and admin paperwork.
• Manage hiring logistics: interview scheduling and candidate flow.
• Set up new hires with equipment and accounts; ensure first-week readiness.
• Provide executive support as needed.
• Adapt to evolving needs, balancing office and logistics tasks.
