Agility Robotics is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to join our Salem, OR team onsite. The role sits at the intersection of Program Management and Operations & Supply Chain, analyzing processes, surfacing inefficiencies, and documenting clear, actionable requirements.

You will partner with leaders to translate needs into structured deliverables and drive cross-functional initiatives. You will build dashboards, support UAT and rollout readiness, and ensure adoption through clear

Qualifications

• Experience in operating environments such as operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical thinker who translates data into insights and recommendations.
• Documentation, requirements, and analysis must be clear enough for execution without questions.
• Ability to work independently with a clear mandate and priorities.
• Natural translator between business teams and technical/analytical work.
• Familiarity with process mapping and collaboration tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
• Familiarity with project or task tracking tools (Planner, Project, Jira).
• Clear writing and verbal communication with adaptable style.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders across operations and supply chain.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements, process maps, and supporting docs for program managers and leadership.
• Support process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation, clarifying scope and outcomes.
• Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards for performance visibility.
• Work with data from ERP systems and operational databases to deliver reliable analysis.
• Partner with program managers to support cross-functional initiatives with analytical grounding.
• Document current-state processes and define future-state workflows for teams.
