Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join the Program Management and Operations teams in Salem, OR. You will map and improve current processes, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and build dashboards for ongoing monitoring.

The role supports an ERP transition and requires strong Lean Six Sigma, Excel, and Jira experience. You will work closely with stakeholders across operations and supply chain, capturing current-state workflows and designing

Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience. Comfortable using Lean tools (value stream mapping, waste reduction) to improve flow and efficiency and DMAIC discipline to reduce variability and prove with quantitative before/after metrics that a change actually worked and held
3+ years of hands on experience in operations, manufacturing or supply chain environments
Experience with process mapping and collaboration tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar).
You have direct experience working in or supporting operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments and can establish credibility with functional partners quickly.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas, Apps Script).
You are a strong analytical thinker who moves from data to insight to recommendation without getting lost in the middle.
You are thorough and precise in your work. Your documentation, requirements, and analysis are clear enough that someone else can act on them without having to come back with questions.
You work well independently. You can take a clear mandate and run with it, managing your own time, priorities, and output without close oversight.
You are a natural translator between business teams and technical or analytical work. You know how to ask the right questions, listen well, and capture what people actually need.
Familiarity with project or task tracking tools (e.g., Planner, Project, Jira).
You communicate clearly in writing and in person, and you adjust your style based on who you’re talking to.
You are curious about how things work and not satisfied with surface-level answers. You dig until you understand the real problem.

Responsibilities

Own process improvement initiatives end-to-end using a structured, DMAIC style approach: define the problem and establish a quantitative baseline, identify root cause, implement the change, and measure results afterward to confirm the improvement is statistically real, not just anecdotally better, and sustained over time
Gather and validate business requirements from stakeholders across operations and translate them into structured requirements, process maps, and documentation that program managers, technical teams, or leadership can act on with confidence.
Build trackers and reports in Excel or Google Sheets to give teams a consistent view of performance. Partner with the BI team when something needs to become a governed dashboard or ongoing monitoring.
Work with data from multiple systems including ERP platforms, operational databases, Jira and reporting tools to produce accurate, reliable analysis.
Partner with program managers to support cross-functional initiatives, providing analytical grounding and requirements discipline to programs that need it.
Document current‑state processes and help define future‑state workflows in a clear, repeatable format that functional teams can use and maintain.
Pilot process changes on a subset of the workflow, validate results against the baseline, and coordinate full rollout once the improvement is confirmed.
Help teams understand how system changes affect their day to day work and support adoption through documentation and communication.
Support the upcoming ERP transition by translating improved processes into the new system and helping teams adopt new workflows through the cutover.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both working-level teams and senior stakeholders, adjusting depth and framing for the audience.
