Advanced Bionics in Valencia, California, is seeking an Analyst, Operations to support the Operations leadership team with reporting, dashboard management, budget analysis, and project coordination. This onsite role focuses on driving continuous improvement across the site and partnering with leaders to solve problems.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SAP or ERP systems, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in an operations, manufacturing, project coordination, or business support environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) or the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data using Excel, SAP, Camstar, PLM, Sonova AI, Power BI, and other systems to identify trends and provide insights.
• Maintain Operations dashboards and KPIs to support daily management and decisions.
• Prepare executive‑level reports and presentations highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Review budgets and cost center performance, identifying spending trends and improvements.
