Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Human Data Analyst to power model training and operational insights. You will partner with operations, engineering, and enabling teams to build scalable data systems, dashboards, and forecasting views that improve throughput, cost, quality, and reliability.

The role emphasizes hands‑on analysis, clear communication of insights to non‑technical audiences, and collaboration across cross‑functional partners to drive staffing and planning decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative background preferred.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, window functions, and optimization.
• Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analytics and stats.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational metrics like capacity, utilization, quality, throughput, and cost to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers for KPIs accessible to managers and cross‑functional partners.
• Create planning views (demand signals, capacity, staffing) to support proactive decisions.
• Synthesize data to make clear recommendations on allocation and tradeoffs.
