Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in operations/process improvement (internship qualifies).
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal visual standards for dashboards and workflows.
• Maintenance program enhancements and prioritization of hardware health.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and new process rollouts.
• Integrate with all levels of the business to map current workflows and identify gaps.
• Define department metrics and dashboards to quantify operations health.
• Perform in-depth data analyses using SQL and other tools to identify trends for decision-making.
• Create reports, tools, and standardized metrics for operational improvements.
• Develop automation to mitigate risk or improve efficiency across the SpaceX factory.
• Conduct site-wide operations audits to streamline maintenance and construction engineering teams.
• Implement tools to reduce wasted effort by engineers and technicians.
• Roadmap procurement and material standardization to shorten project lead times.
