Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Experience with SQL, complex joins, window functions, and query optimization
• Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, workforce analytics, or performance metrics
• Proficiency in statistical or analytical techniques (e.g., cohort analysis, regression, time-series) in Python, R, or similar
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI) or modern BI workflows
• Background in high-growth tech, marketplace/staffing operations, data labeling, human-in-the-loop systems, or consulting environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences
• Project management experience in fast-paced settings
• Comfort using modern AI tools to accelerate analysis and workflow design

Responsibilities

• Analyze Human Data operational metrics such as capacity, utilization, quality, throughput, cycle time, and cost efficiency
• Build and maintain dashboards and trackers showing core KPIs for managers and cross-functional partners
• Develop planning and forecasting views (demand signals, capacity, staffing, process volumes) for proactive decisions
• Support allocation and tradeoffs by synthesizing data into clear recommendations on movement
• Design and refine processes so workflows are measurable and scalable
• Identify data gaps and improve data collection and definitions for reliability
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, recruiting, onboarding, finance to incorporate insights into planning
• Deliver concise readouts and business-oriented next steps
• Own ad-hoc research and special projects to improve operating leverage
