HRCap, Inc. is seeking an analytical, agile Operations Analyst to drive platform scaling initiatives. You will extract high-volume performance data, map cross-functional workflows, and diagnose bottlenecks to support leadership decisions.

The role emphasizes turning data into actionable cases, presenting to senior stakeholders, and advancing content moderation, creator onboarding, and ad review pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 2–4 years in operations analysis or product operations.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with SQL for querying databases.
• Experience with Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio for workflow diagrams.
• BI dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
• Agile experience in scaling operations.
• Strong communication to executives.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate performance data and KPIs for leadership.
• Map end-to-end workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Diagnose throughput, queues, and manual process waste.
• Present actionable efficiency recommendations to Product Ops and Executives.
