Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with SQL for querying databases.
• Experience with Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio for workflow diagrams.
• BI dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker.

We are seeking an analytical, highly agile Operations Analyst to serve as the operational engine behind their platform scaling initiatives. This role focuses on extracting high-volume performance data, mapping complex cross-functional workflows—such as content moderation, creator onboarding, and ad review pipelines—diagnosing operational bottlenecks, and presenting data-driven efficiency improvements directly to platform leadership.

Responsibilities

• Performance Data Aggregation: Gather, track, and synthesize cross-functional platform performance data, user lifecycle metrics, and operational KPIs to create unified data models for leadership.
• Workflow Architecture & Mapping: Map out end-to-end operational workflows (including manual content moderation queues, user support ticketing, and creator monetization cycles) to document dependencies and resource allocation.
• Bottleneck & Friction Diagnosis: Analyze operational throughput and queue latency to isolate systemic bottlenecks, identify manual process redundancies, and uncover root causes of operational delays.
• Strategic Presenting & Leadership Alignment: Translate complex workflow vulnerabilities and performance data into polished, actionable business cases, presenting clear efficiency recommendations directly to Product Operations leads and Executive Leadership.

Qualifications

• Education & Domain Literacy: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in operations analysis, business process management, or product operations, preferably within a fast-paced social media, tech start-up, or consumer software enterprise.
• Data Querying & Analytics Mastery: Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets paired with intermediate-to-advanced SQL capabilities for querying large relational databases and manipulating raw platform data.
• Workflow Mapping Tooling: Hands-on expertise utilizing collaborative diagramming software (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, or Microsoft Visio) to construct clear, standardized workflow schemas.
• BI & Dashboarding Infrastructure: Proven skill in building intuitive, interactive operational dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track queue health, throughput, and error rates in real time.
• Agile Mindset & Problem-Solving: Practical familiarity with scaling operations in an Agile environment, demonstrating a methodical approach to eliminating process waste and optimizing human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Communication & Tech Polish: Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, with a proven ability to confidently present technical efficiency insights to non-technical creative and product executives.

• Salary Range: $105,000 – $140,000 base structure + Performance Bonus, Equity Shares & Premium Corporate Health Benefits.
