Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership in a digital marketing or service-based environment.
• You manage through numbers – margins, and KPIs are your second language.
• Experience managing hybrid teams and a track record of improving process efficiency.
• You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and enjoy working closely with a CEO.
