Job summary

Field Fresh Foods is seeking a Business Operations and Analytics professional on-site in Gardena, CA. You will turn operational and business data into meaningful insights to support better decision-making across the organization.

The role requires creating dashboards and reports, analyzing performance, and collaborating with multiple departments to drive efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and fluency in Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Analytical thinking with ability to translate data into business insights
• Ability to collaborate across departments and drive data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide visibility into performance.
• Use Excel and other analytical tools to organize, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain to understand needs and provide analytical support.
• Monitor and analyze performance, costs, productivity, service levels, and other key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, profitability, and overall performance.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for management.
• Assist in developing standardized reports, metrics, and dashboards across the organization.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, planning, and performance reviews with timely data.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to understand performance gaps and challenges.
• Evaluate processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Track results of initiatives and measure impact against KPIs.
