Job summary

Farmer Boys in Riverside, CA seeks a Manager of Financial & Business Analytics & Reporting to partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to turn data into insights that boost restaurant performance.

You will build dashboards, lead budgeting and forecasting, and ensure accurate reporting, combining analytical rigor with practical business judgment to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years in business analytics, FP&A, or related role.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Basic to intermediate SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, labor, guest, and people metrics to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports.
• Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Operations to review restaurant performance and opportunities.
• Translate data into practical recommendations for business leaders.
