The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the USU Operations Team in Bethesda, MD.

This role supports operational management and data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on operational, financial, personnel, and programmatic data to support leadership priorities and organizational effectiveness. You will develop reports, dashboards, and executive briefings; track KPIs; and provide data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 0 - 2 years experience required.
• Highly proficient in Excel for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple reports for executive leadership decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations communicating KPIs and trends.
• Transform complex datasets into concise executive-style presentations and summaries.
• Coordinate annual progress reviews and top-level meetings with internal and external customers.
• Provide administrative support including hiring, travel, and purchasing.
