Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) seeks a Program Coordinator to provide administrative project oversight under the Senior Program Manager for CSTS.

You will support recruitment, budgeting, grants, contracts, and outreach, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. In this role you will manage scheduling, purchasing, data collection, and communications to help CSTS advance trauma-informed research and education within a large

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; related fields preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and logistical support for proposal development with finance and research teams.
• Coordinate recruitment support: screen resumes, schedule interviews, track progress, hire logistics.
• Manage broad communications including social media and website updates.
• Oversee data collection and tracking for grants, publications, and reporting.
• Support daily Center operations: scheduling, purchasing, shipping, meetings, facilities; may include budgeting.
• Attend trainings as needed.
