Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and draw clear conclusions.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas). Experience with SQL or BI tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau) is a plus.
• Structured thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Collaborative team player who can work effectively with stakeholders across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day business operations across teams to make sure processes run efficiently and on schedule.
• Monitor, analyze, and report key operational metrics (KPIs), and turn the data into actionable insights for management.
• Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose process improvements, SOPs, or automation opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams, from planning to execution.
• Prepare regular business reports, dashboards, and presentations for weekly and monthly reviews.
• Manage operational tools and data, and maintain their accuracy and consistency across systems (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets, internal tools).
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor or partner coordination when needed.
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects and business initiatives assigned by the Operations Lead or management.
