Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Recruiting Operations Lead to own end-to-end recruitment, screening, and hiring of veterinarians for our telemedicine platform. You will design sourcing strategies, oversee interviews, offers, and credential checks, and lead onboarding to ensure smooth integration.

You’ll build scalable onboarding processes, refine workflows to speed quality and experience, and partner with leadership to track performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, talent acquisition, healthcare recruiting, or related field.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, process-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for animals and enthusiasm for veterinary telemedicine is a plus.
• Experience recruiting licensed medical professionals or working in a telehealth or healthcare environment is a plus.
