Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified veterinary candidates for relief (per diem/locum) work through platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal systems.
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential candidates via cold calling to build a robust talent pipeline.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to match candidates with the right opportunities.
Salary Negotiation: Manage salary negotiations to align candidate expectations with client offerings.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement new approaches to enhance recruitment processes.
Market Insights: Stay updated on job market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
Industry Knowledge: Continuously expand your understanding of the veterinary field and terminology.
