Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support veterinary recruiting through application, interview, offer, and onboarding stages. You will communicate with candidates, schedule interviews across time zones, and maintain precise records in recruiting systems.

The role emphasizes coordinating with internal teams, handling document collection, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Prior startup or high-growth exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, healthcare operations, customer operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarian recruiting from application through interview, offer, and onboarding.

Requirements

• Strong comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools


• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, scheduling tools, or other recruiting/operations software


• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across a growing organization


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Interest in veterinary telemedicine and evolving telehealth regulations


• Experience with recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment (bonus)


• Veterinary industry experience (a plus)


• Having a pet (bonus)

Demonstrates expertise in recruiting coordination and talent operations, with a strong focus on organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems and collaborating cross-functionally to support veterinary recruiting and onboarding processes.
