Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, with a concentration in Data Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and process driven with a focus on accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and responsive manner.
• Research and resolve issues quickly and accurately with appropriate urgency.
• Communicate regularly to confirm information and provide status updates.
• Collect observations and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Complete daily operations transactions including cash or position reconciliation and account activity recording.
