Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years in the industry.
• Strong understanding of executive compensation and stock plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely client responses.
• Deliver regular business reviews with insights and analytics.
• Maintain high levels of personal client interaction.
• Monitor client satisfaction through benchmarks and RM check-ins.
• Promote best practices to improve service delivery.
• Align client requests with business needs while maintaining relationships.
• Coordinate new projects with clients and internal teams.
• Engage with Morgan Stanley service groups to ensure strong delivery.
• Communicate plan events and issues with internal partners.
• Attend industry forums and share information with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues.
