Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred, in Data Management/Finance/Accounting/Economics or related area.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage high volumes of data under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and process driven with a focus on accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and responsive manner.
• Research and resolve issues quickly, accurately, and with appropriate urgency.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external contacts to resolve issues and provide status updates.
• Collect observations and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Complete daily operations transactions including cash/position reconciliation, trade posting, and account activity recording.
• Perform verification checks to ensure accuracy and completeness; maintain client records and files.
