Envolve Client Services Group in El Paso, TX is seeking an Operations Analyst to gather and interpret operational data, prepare analytics and reporting, and perform financial analysis of properties in the assigned region. You will mentor Community Managers, coordinate capital improvement programs, respond to resident issues, and help ensure reports and audits are completed accurately and on time.

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Yardi are preferred, and a High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication with co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
• Experience with Onsite, Yardi and eSite preferred.
• Excellent organizational and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential projects.
• 3-5 years of property management or real estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Community Managers of assigned communities.
• Coordinate capital improvement programs for assigned communities.
• Respond to resident issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support vendor calls, visits, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Analyze revenue trends and accounts receivable and propose corrections.
• Assist with pre-close and financial statement reviews.
