Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a detail-oriented tester/analyst to support day-to-day production operations. You will analyze issues, run defined procedures, and generate reports while performing exception processing in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating product implementations, validating changes, and maintaining tests with strong risk oversight. Opportunity to contribute to Consumer and Global Wealth testing initiatives in an in-office setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high speed production environment.
• Must be able to stand 8 hours or as needed during shift.
• Onsite 100% of the time.
• Experience with high speed printing/insertion equipment.
• Familiarity with PFSS workflow applications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions.
• Support the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services.
• Provide guidance on procedural, technical, and operational changes.
• Expand business product knowledge within the operations environment.
