Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related fields.
• 2+ years of software engineering experience in Quantitative Finance or related industry.
• Strong Python programming and SDLC understanding.
• Ability to explain testing methodologies to diverse stakeholders including auditors and regulators.
• Knowledge of financial services industry regulations.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Digital fluency and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience implementing process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Reviews test builds, maintenance, and quality assessments.
• Oversees issue escalation and resolution to prevent delays and identify automation opportunities.
• Interacts with internal/external contacts to research, analyze, and resolve complex problems.
• Ensures compliance with laws, rules, and policies.
