Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process or Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience in Quantitative Finance or other industries
• Strong Python programming skills and solid SDLC understanding
• Ability to document and clearly explain testing methodologies to stakeholders, auditors, and regulators
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and related regulations
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Digital fluency and experience implementing process improvements and automation

Responsibilities

• Reviews test builds, maintenance, and quality assessments
• Oversees issue escalation and resolution to prevent delays and identify automation opportunities
