Responsabilités

• Review and process incoming manual transfers.
• Liaise with and provide customer service support for research, problem resolution, or information requests across departments and external parties.
• Understand department procedures and responsibilities in the relevant area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Suggest process changes to reduce risk.
