Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in managed accounts, investment operations, or related financial services.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with sponsors and cross‑functional partners.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with good judgment.
• Solid understanding of financial operations including trade processing, reconciliation, and data integrity.
• Familiarity with SMA workflows, account structures, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and documentation of new account openings, maintenance requests, terminations, funding activities, and ensure documentation indexing/archiving.
• Perform account-level reconciliations, including cash balances, positions, transactions, and tax lots.
• Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks to ensure accounts are ready for trading each day.
• Maintain understanding of security types, pricing methodologies, and security-type mappings.
• Participate in special projects like platform enhancements, workflow redesign, and new product implementations.
• Support onboarding of new clients with accurate setup and data integrity.
• Assist with system testing and validation of new functionality during platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with team members and sponsors to resolve exceptions across all functions.
