Job summary

Vestmark is seeking a Technical Customer Engineer/Implementation Consultant in Wakefield, MA to lead client implementations on our Managed Accounts platform. You will coordinate with operations and technology teams, develop implementation plans, and configure platforms, data loaders, and custom workflows.

The role requires strong problem solving, multi‑project management, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Extended hours may be needed to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or equivalent required.
Experience in professional services or technical consulting with enterprise software.
Solid grasp of enterprise software implementation lifecycle.
Technical skills: SQL, XML, Windows IIS/JBoss/Tomcat.

Responsibilities

Perform technical and functional analysis of client implementations and integrations.
Document requirements and expected effort for deployments.
Configure and setup the managed accounts platform.
Develop data loaders and customize workflow processes.
Identify dependencies, scope changes, and track progress.
Manage client expectations with clear communication.
Report project status to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with internal departments to deliver service.
Provide post-implementation technical support and develop custom reports.
