Job summary

Vestmark’s Outsourced Services (VOS) team in Wakefield, MA is seeking an Associate Operations Analyst to support our outsourced service clients. You will handle daily processing across reconciliations, account administration, corporate actions, and reporting, coordinating with internal teams to service clients.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in financial services, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years in managed accounts or similar financial services.
• Strong teamwork and independent work ability.
• Proficiency in Excel and data integrity.
• Familiarity with SMA workflows and account structures.
• BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support processing of new accounts, maintenance, terminations, funding, and document archiving.
• Perform account-level reconciliations across cash, positions, and tax lots.
• Resolve reconciliation breaks to ensure trading readiness.
• Understand security types, pricing, and security-type mappings.
• Assist with system testing and onboarding of new clients.
• Collaborate with sponsors and teams to resolve exceptions.
