Confidential in Boston, MA is seeking an Operations Analyst to support daily reconciliations and data analysis within a Middle Office environment. The role suits someone with an operations background who is comfortable executing repeatable processes, working with data, and supporting senior team members.

Pay rate range of 45-51.86/hr W2, depending on experience. The position requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office in Boston.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, middle office, reconciliations, or similar roles.
• Experience in asset management, banking operations, or financial services environments.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Strong data analysis skills across high-volume data from diverse sources.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and ad-hoc reconciliations between internal systems and external data sources.
• Pull and validate data from custodians, vendors, and external websites.
• Update and maintain Excel-based reconciliation and control files.
• Identify, investigate, and document breaks and exceptions; escalate as needed.
• Support start-of-day and end-of-day operational controls.
• Assist senior staff with reporting, data cleanup, and process support.
