Job summary

This Operations Analyst II position supports the Contract Administration section of the Division of Disability Determinations at the Florida Department of Health in Tallahassee. The role manages medical and psychological consultant contracts, processes invoices, maintains contract files, and coordinates workload assistance to other states' disability services. The position involves data entry, financial monitoring, and liaising between contract managers and division staff.

Key qualifications:

• Knowledge of purchasing and contract rules, policies, and procedures
• Knowledge of and ability to use Social Security Administration (SSA) Systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and office automation equipment
• Ability to organize, prioritize work, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to establish good working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and contract providers
• Experience working in and using the Disability Case Processing System (preferred)
