Job summary

SEI Global Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support daily domestic and global trade settlement activities.

You will focus on operational execution, perform basic processing, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism, while maintaining confidentiality and data quality. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree or equivalent, prefer accounting/finance/business background, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Preference in accounting, finance or business-related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

Job description

What you will do:

• Responsible for the daily processing of domestic and global trade settlement, as well as TBA pair-off settlement
• Basic processing and/or service activities specific to team functions
• Primary focus is on day-to-day operational execution
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner
• Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, quality and privacy
• Reviewing, analyzing, and entering client information and transactions into multiple systems
• Interact effectively with multiple operational teams
• Manage a time sensitive delivery schedule
• Heavy interaction with the client, as well as team mates, on the phone, email and in person in a professional and accurate manner
• Regular and reliable attendance in accordance with position, business and/or client needs
• Other duties as assigned

What we need from you:

• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
• Preference in: Accounting, Finance or Business related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
