You will maintain project data, monitor milestones and budgets, and drive process improvements with Practice Directors, Project Managers, Revenue Managers, and Sales partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve data accuracy across Sales, Finance, PMO, and Services.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and service backlog for timely delivery.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on operations and finance.
• Collaborate with directors, project managers, revenue managers, and sales partners.
• Identify and implement data improvements and reporting enhancements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process automation.
• Communicate priorities and progress to leaders and stakeholders.
