You will work closely with various teams to gather data, perform analysis, and provide automated processes and support. Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of related or similar experience in IT operations

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Support and maintenance of core and other software
• Work with third party vendors to facilitate continued automation processes
• Develop and maintain processes using scheduling software and scripting languages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support
• Perform analysis to identify areas of inefficiency and recommend process improvements
• Assist in tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and identifying risks as related to processing procedures
• Stay up-to‑date with industry trends and best practices
