Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years of related experience.
• Six years of related experience preferred.
• Two years in program development or management preferred.
• Experience in budgeting and financial analysis is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent analyses of financial, academic, enrollment data to evaluate programs for efficiency and growth.
• Oversee budgets, process improvements, training, and program growth portfolios.
• Prepare reports for the Director on program and degree efficiencies related to enrollment and resources.
• Support the Director of College Operations with data entry, reporting, and analytics.
