Position Overview

We’re seeking an Operations Analyst with strong experience in analytics, finance operations, CRM management (HubSpot), and compliance workflows. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our leadership, sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless internal operations that support growth and efficiency. A working knowledge of compliance processes and operational best practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Analytics

Analyze business performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Maintain and improve internal dashboards, metrics, and KPIs across departments.

Finance Operations

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Support billing, invoicing, and expense tracking processes
• Coordinate with external accountants or financial advisors as needed.

CRM Management (HubSpot)

• Own day-to-day HubSpot operations: workflows, list management, pipeline hygiene, automation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize funnel performance and customer journey tracking.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure company processes align with regulatory, legal, and internal compliance standards.
• Maintain and improve documentation for operational procedures, internal controls, and risk management.
• Support initiatives related to data privacy, vendor reviews, and internal audit readiness.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with stakeholders across departments to streamline workflows and solve operational challenges.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access, documentation, and role-specific checklists.
• Assist with sourcing candidates and managing hiring coordination when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, business analytics, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, with experience managing workflows, reporting, and integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Solid understanding of financial principles and reporting.
• Familiarity with compliance processes and operational risk management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial models.
• Exposure to investigative research, due diligence, or background screening processes.
• Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, QuickBooks, or DocuSign.
