This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing their associate's degree from a community college or trade school. Candidates pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher will not be considered.

Early Career Apprentice Program

Join our 12–24-month apprentice program to gain on-the-job training, career guidance, and mentorship while attending school. Allstate provides tuition assistance and hands-on training in strategy and operations.

Role: Law & Regulation – Strategy & Operations Analyst Apprentice

As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will work on projects that improve operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within Allstate’s Law & Regulation department. You will gain experience in project management, risk assessment, and business process improvement. This role is ideal for analytical, detail-oriented individuals eager to contribute to impactful projects.

Qualifications

Education:

• Currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
