Position Summary
We are seeking a Growth Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in reducing the administrative burden across our sales, marketing, and customer success teams—freeing them up to spend more time with prospects and customers. You’ll be responsible for building streamlined processes, integrating tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting our revenue-generating operations.
Your work will directly contribute to our company’s growth and scalability, aligning operational execution with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Save each growth team member time through automation and process improvements.
• Document and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Build and maintain dashboards, views, and automation workflows in CRM and other tools.
• Collaborate with accounting for ordering support and documentation accuracy.
• Review and support sales documentation including SOWs, renewals, and proposals.
• Ensure 100% accuracy between sales CRM data and accounting systems.
• Reconcile discrepancies in deal tracking, invoicing, and revenue reporting.
• Standardize and enforce processes for clean data across CRM and financial tools.
• Support leadership with accurate, timely sales performance reports.
• Lead implementation of CRM-to-accounting system integration
• Work cross-functionally with IT, accounting, and vendors to design and deploy effective system connections.
• Train internal users on updated workflows and tools.
• Develop forecasting models in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Monitor pipeline health and provide insights to improve sales outcomes.
• Align forecasts with financial principles to improve revenue predictability.
• Manage product pricing, licensing, and ordering for Sage, Microsoft, and ISVs.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in product price lists and vendor documentation.
• Navigate vendor portals and place orders as needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, sales enablement, or similar.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work with data reports.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, ERP/CRM integrations, or accounting principles is a plus.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across departments and vendors.
