Description

The Menu Operations Associate will support DoorDash's menu UI features, focusing on updating and tracking item quality across the restaurant marketplace. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with DoorDash's product and partnerships teams to influence long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management and Analysis: Build reporting to analyze restaurant menu items and track quality metrics; review menu data and enhance with tags and metadata; implement bulk menu updates including photo uploads and item changes.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure procedures and best practices; conduct informational interviews with merchants and customers to improve menu features.
• Process Improvement and Optimization: Track progress against business objectives like sales volume and GMV impact; identify and streamline processes.
• Merchant Support and Education: Handle ad hoc menu requests; create educational materials for merchants on new features.

Required Skills
