• Handling inbound and outbound calls from internal and external customers including technicians, drivers, sales representatives, and customers requesting information or service on their supply system.
• Documenting and coordinating service requests from customers efficiently.
• Processing emails from drivers reporting maintenance issues at customer sites.
• Troubleshooting cryogenic equipment to resolve minor problems remotely on customer systems.
• Configuring and performing minor troubleshooting of Remote Telemetry Units.
• Working alongside Customer Service Technicians in the field to support service delivery.
