What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile financial data to produce daily and weekly reconciliation reports for assigned clients
- Support experienced analysts in producing reports detailing potential financial impacts due to reconciliation issues
- Assist in identifying and resolving basic out-of-reconciliation issues, drafting communications to clients regarding status updates
- Understand and assist with system changes and processes impacting the reconciliation process
- Finalize internal forms for helpdesk issues and track status through resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience in financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including macros and pivot tables
- Understanding of financial audit rules and bookkeeping processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge and experience of financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
- Qualification in London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Higher Accounting
