What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile financial data to produce daily and weekly reconciliation reports for assigned clients
- Assist experienced analysts in conducting root cause analysis for reconciliation process issues
- Identify basic out-of-reconciliation issues and support resolution efforts
- Understand and assist with the implementation of process and system changes affecting reconciliation
- Finalize internal forms and track issues through resolution while maintaining financial reporting history

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience of financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including macros and pivot tables
- Understanding of financial audit rules and bookkeeping processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of financial reconciliation within the financial industry
- International qualifications such as London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Higher Accounting
