We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing processes, analyzing operational efficiency, and driving strategic improvements.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring organizational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Your key responsibilities include:

• Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, interpret, and analyze operational data to generate insights and reports that support strategic initiatives.
• Performance Metrics Monitoring: Track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement.
• Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, execution, and evaluation to ensure operational objectives are met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, logistics, and leadership, to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential operational risks and implement strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Technology & Tools: Utilize industry-standard tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to improve reporting and visualization capabilities.
