What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile financial data to produce daily/weekly reconciliation reports for assigned clients
- Support experienced analysts in generating reports detailing potential financial impacts due to unresolved reconciliation issues
- Assist in identifying and resolving basic out-of-reconciliation issues while drafting communications to clients
- Understand and assist with the implementation of changes to internal and external systems affecting the reconciliation process
- Maintain historical financial reporting and track issues through resolution for senior management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
- Knowledge of financial reconciliation processes
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including macros and pivot tables
- Understanding of auditing and bookkeeping rules and processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation
- International qualifications such as London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Higher Accounting
