Job Description
We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance productivity across our contract project organization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Conduct workflow assessments and data analysis to uncover trends and root causes.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute improvement projects.
- Apply process improvement methodologies and monitor solution effectiveness.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and facilitate process improvement efforts.
- Communicate process changes effectively and conduct workshops and training sessions.
- Document processes, procedures, and improvement plans, maintaining SOPs and process maps.
- Prepare reports on process performance, improvement outcomes, and key metrics.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to track process effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Provide ongoing support to sustain process optimization efforts.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate training programs.
- Support change management and training for new system deployments.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to ensure understanding and adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience in data analysis, process improvement, or project management; 10-15 years of professional experience overall.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to influence others in a highly matrixed organization.
- High interpersonal and customer relations skills to handle various situations, demonstrating professionalism, adaptability, flexibility, and dependability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including synthesizing complex information, identifying and resolving problems, and analyzing data skillfully.
- Experience demonstrating leadership and collaboration across diverse groups.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive.
- Perform daily tasks aligned with organizational core values.

Hours: Standard business hours are 8am-5pm.
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 DOE + incentive bonus.
