Bay Area Turning Point, Inc. seeks an Operations Aide to transport clients to appointments, interviews, and resources to assist in overcoming abuse. Reports to Crisis Intervention Manager within the Client Services Program, with a 40-hour weekly minimum schedule.
Requirements include a valid Texas driver’s license, a clean driving record, the ability to lift 40 lbs, and at least 1 year in transportation services. Applies to all shifts and weekends as needed.

Position Overview: The Operations Aide is responsible for the transporting of clients to and from appointments, interviews, and resources to assist in overcoming the abuse they have experienced.
40 hours weekly minimum or as necessary to achieve program objective, tasks, activities, and responsibilities and to effectively document outcome measures and variations.
Typical work schedule to include but not limited to: Sunday – Off, Monday – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm/Tuesday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm/Wednesday – 2nd & 4th 6:30 am to 2:30 pm/Thursday – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm/Friday – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm/Saturday – Off, with the flexibility to meet the demands of client transportation needs.
